Although many Florida criminal defense lawyers prefer to defend their clients as "Lone Rangers," Florida criminal defense attorney Stephen G. Cobb has long favored the team approach. "Criminal cases are serious legal matters," says Cobb. "After this many years, I don't have a theory when it comes to handling criminal cases: I have experience." There is a difference. The team approach to legal defense allows the lead attorney to put together specialists from many different areas in order to achieve better results. For example, in a DUI case Cobb will usually put a minimum of four (4) people on the case: Two lawyers, a Driver's License Review Hearing expert, and Janice, Mr. Cobb's Legal Assistant. In certain felony cases, such as Sexual Battery or Lewd & Lascivious Molestation, the legal defense team could be larger. "Every case is unique, and so are the people we represent. The team we assemble to help someone is custom designed to produce the very best results possible in order to help someone when they need legal help the most." - Stephen G. Cobb, Board Certified Criminal Trial Law Specialist.
